Wildlife Technologies e-callers: Have a manufacturer's 15-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on callers returned in new condition and in the original packaging.  Once the caller is used, the manufacturer provides all warranty/repair services.  Mighty Atom callers have a 2-year limited warranty from the manufacturer. Please contact us for satisfaction and warranty return information, addresses, and return authorization numbers. 

Gun parts, accessories, and barrel assemblies: Can be returned for up to 30-days as money back or exchange. For safety reasons we will not accept returns for these items if they have been installed, had equipment installed on them, have been pinned/attached to a receiver, have been fired, have been modified, or have been used in any manner. 

Flextone/WGI e-callers: Have a 15-day money back/exchange satisfaction guarantee for callers in new condition that are returned in the original packaging.  Manufacturer warranty policies are in effect for used callers.  Warranty, product defect, and product non-working issues are handled by the manufacturer. DVD's: We will exchange any defective DVD (manufacturer’s defects) for the same title for a period of 30 days. Unopened non-Wildlife Technologies DVD's can be returned for up to 30-days for money back or exchange. All Wildlife Technologies DVD's if found to be defective from the manufacturer will be exchanged for the same title for up to 30-days. 

Mojo Decoys: Have a 15-day satisfaction money back/exchange guarantee for decoys in new condition that are returned in the original packaging. Manufacturer warranty rules/polices are in effect for used decoys.  Mojo Outdoors handles all warranty issues. MOJO Outdoors can be reached these ways:

Purchases made through the Wildlife Callers Amazon A-Store are subject to the return policy of Amazon or the affiliate retailer selling the product through Amazon. Please refer to the Amazon return policy or that of the affiliate retailer. 

Return acceptance/shipping charges: Unless we have made an error in shipping, we will not refund shipping charges once the item has been shipped. We will not accept returns marked "Postage Due". Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the returning party.
